Michael O'Callaghan is an independent specialist consultant practicing as RTS projects since 1984 and has gained  a wealth of experience in the design and construction of food factories and refrigerated distribution centres.

 

Generally engaged at the early stages of a project to coordinate the design and planning of the building layout, advise on construction fit out methods and costs. Provide expertise and knowledge of the specific industry standards and codes of practice. To demonstrate specialised analytical skills in providing illustrations to the solutions selected for all parties to easily understand and gain accreditation from the relevant statutory and trade authorities.

 

Available to engage further to provide performance specifications of architectural, structural and utilities. Offering independent support during construction phase with monitoring and cost control reporting.  

 

Generally servicing the established private sector, family owned businesses and newly acquired acquisitions where full time capital project engineering resources are not in place.
