Towers Thompson is an International food group involved in not only Meat and Poultry Wholesaling and Distribution but Fish also. My own background also has a foundation in Risk Management principles for the Insurance Industry as an existing member of AIRMIC.
Being laymen we can be somewhat quizzical of expert advice in the design field. It is therefore very refreshing for us to come across a person on a Design build project who is able to listen and understand customer requirements, add better ideas and translate all of these into an understandable series of plans and importantly be able to pull our diverse team together in the same direction to ensure all aspects are delivered.

RTS were involved from the outset in the design and construction of our brand new meat cutting facility in Manchester. Michael O'Callaghan in conjunction with the 3663 technical team had responsibility in ensuring that it was meticulously designed to satisfy EC licensing regulations along with BRC accreditation standards.
The project was successfully completed on time and within budget. Ensuing technical audits approved the facility without question, and we are pleased to have such a robust facility, offering our operatives a state of the art production unit in which to work, and our customers a facility which they are proud to use.

Our business is meat not engineering and we are well aware of the complexities brought about by statutory construction and engineering regulations and formalities. RTS have successfully completed dozens of projects for us since 1985 and continue to provide the expertise and resources we need to develop the business as larger projects arise.
